A: Our machines come with an 12-month warranty. During this time, we cover issues with the machine itself. Please note, damage from improper use is not included.

A: We aim for stable and fair pricing. Generally, our prices stay consistent through the year. Adjustments happen only in specific situations. This includes major shifts in USD/RMB exchange rates. Also, significant increases in material or labor costs can affect pricing.
Q.What is the delivery time, and how soon can I receive the machine after ordering?
A: Typically, we require 5-7 days to produce the machine after prepayment. For urgent orders, production can be expedited to 3 days, followed by shipping.
Q: How do you handle the packing of Skid Steer Loaders for shipping?
A: For full container loads, we pack up to 6 Skid Steer Loaders per container. For LCL (Less than Container Load) orders, we use durable wooden packing to ensure safety during transit.
